Mrs. Ugonma Adejare

Ugonma is a young, well organized, result driven and proactive young lady. She is extremely passionate about corporate relationship management, individual and organizational financial growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.

She is a strategic marketing communications expert, and a vendor relationship manager. Ugonma experiences cut across working variously in the financial, development and project management sectors. She is able to use her expertise to manage the investment portfolio of her customers, partners and organizations, she has experiences with good negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills. Driven by her intentionality to ensure patronage and sustainability, she is always able to initiate and conclude winning marketing strategies that have resulted to brand loyalty.

Interestingly, she seasoned banker with over 12 years of experience in financial management, risk assessment, and client relations. She successfully transitioned into event planning with over 50 events planned and executed by her for NGOs like ENSAND project for GAIN Nigeria. She is a certified Event planner by the Event School London, bringing forth a unique blend of financial acumen and creativity in project management. She also holds certifications in Project Management and HR. Showcasing a versatile skill set, she has proven ability to navigate complex challenges, ensuring seamless execution of events with focus on strategic planning and personnel coordination and this puts her Unique Selling Propositions to the front burner and makes her head-hunted.

She is currently the creative Director of Esthaz Events and Décor and she is also the Convener of RED, a Godly movement for women to know who they are in Christ and not by trends. She is happily married to Arc. Adesina Adejare and they are blessed with Asher and Audrey.
