She has to her credit educational qualifications and training certifications obtained from Canada and Nigeria respectively. She is a graduate of the Social Service Training and Employment Program (SSTEP) from Toronto, Canada. She has a Certificate in Personal Support Worker Program from Yorkdale Adult Learning Centre. Toronto, ON. Her education has contributed in no small measure to broaden her analytical thinking as her first degree was in Statistics. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the union of the best, largest and foremost transectoral professional management institute in Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and Obafemi Awolowo, University. She is currently studying to become a Human Resource Manager at the Canadian College of Business, Science and Technology.

A Corporate Entrepreneur of international repute, Goodness Ifeoma Nnadi is a Senior Member of Institute of Classic Entrepreneurship (ICEnt); a Fellow and Council Member of International Institute of Female Entrepreneurship (Female in Innovation and Entrepreneurship –FINE) (IFEnt) and Fellow and Council Member, the Global Academy of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. (GAEIN).

She is an administrator with uncommon qualities, candor and enviable mien. She has proven that through hard work, follow though, and team work, she can administratively guide any organisation to meeting its set goals and objectives She is a professional, endowed with patience, leadership qualities, teaching ability and strong inter-personal relationship.

Goodness has over a decade work experience as an Executive Assistant and Administrative Manager in FATE Foundation, PUNCH Nigeria Limited, ACT Foundation. Lagos, Nigeria and has worked as a Home Care Personal Support Worker with S.R.T MedStaff, Mississauga. ON since 2019. She is passionately looking to solve the personal care support gaping need which is increasingly taking its toll on the nigerian vulnerable population.
